An evening of 3 45 minute fitness classes: Waack and Vogue, Core Conditioning and Black Men Do Yoga.
Waack and Vogue – A dance cardio class instructed by Jay Jay Revlon, mixing the two art forms of waacking and voguing from the late 70’s, choreographed in our Music Room to a playlist that will take you on a journey through the dance styles history.
Core Conditioning – A core conditioning class focusing on strengthening the core, back muscles and glutes with the aim to improve posture and flexibility. A fun and dynamic session for people at all levels of fitness.
Black Men Do Yoga – A space for POC people to practise yoga and unite. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, water a smile. All levels welcome.
