Presented by Jaz Unplugged, SYNC returns with a special International Women’s Day edition: She Owns It.

This event brings together women across music, media and the creative industries for an evening focused on ownership, strategy and building sustainable creative careers.

While talent and visibility are often celebrated, conversations around structure, monetisation and protecting creative work are often left out. She Owns It creates space for honest conversations about turning creativity into opportunity.

The evening will feature a panel discussion with women working across the creative industries, sharing their experiences, lessons and practical advice on navigating the industry and building long-term success.

Alongside the panel, guests will be able to take part in interactive creative stations designed to encourage collaboration, idea-sharing and connection between creatives in the room.
