Women* of Colour is a group for women and non binary people of colour working in the UK creative industries. This is a continuation of the conversation that was started in July 2018 at the Ladies, Wine and Design London event ‘Represent!’, at which both the co-founders Anoushka Khandwala and Kaajal Modi were present as speakers. This discussion has now grown to include women and non-binary people of colour in all forms of creative practice. As an underrepresented group, we want to work to redress that balance through conversation, community and of course, creativity!
