Ticket Support
Please contact the ticket outlet you purchased from directly with any enquiries.
ID's
If you’re lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to show your ID. We only accept passports/national ID’s and driving licenses.
Safe Space Policy
Everyone’s welcome at The Old Queens Head, but if someone is making you uncomfortable or if you feel they don’t share our values of respect, just let one of our staff know so we can try and resolve any problems.
Accessibility
Due to the nature of our victorian pub, our venue is only easily wheelchair accessible on the ground floor only.
Arrangements may be made to help access the upstairs of the venue if organized in advance, though we are sorry to say we do not have any wheelchair-accessible toilets due to the age and layout of our grade 2 listed building.

Event & Set Times
Event & Set times are always subject to change for one reason or another, however, you can find event and set times on our What’s On pages.
All of our bar and restaurant staff will know the set times once you enter the building so feel free to ask.
